| The Vision Community Foundation was founded by Oliver C. Allen in 2007. Intentionally created to reach all people while addressing our communities burden, we actively reach out to those in need. The Vision Community Foundation initiatives allow us to reach individuals that can be impacted and empowered to live healthy lives. The Vision Community Foundation is committed to nurture the homeless, transform those impacted by HIV and AIDS, empower women, innovate our youth and enrich educational and career maturation. We are moving our community from Vision to Victory. |
